For some reason that I have yet to ascertain, I have given up caffeine. Why on earth would anybody do that?? On top of the ordinary kinds of aides it plays – alertness, awakeness, that kind of thing – it also stops my morning depression. Of course, it also causes my morning depression. Damn paradox. So I mentioned it to my kinesiologist, and she worked on it, and told me I needed to avoid it. For three weeks.
Unfortunately, I hadn’t thought about the part where my end of year folio for my Graphic Design course is due in a month. Nice going, Good forward planning, Bek. So watch out for a whole lotta whinin’.
